Rose Kibe

Rose brings over 15 years of experience in developing and implementing health communication programs for malaria, HIV, adolescent sexual reproductive health and family planning programs with international NGOs in Kenya and Tanzania. She has expertise in social and behavior change communication, social marketing, community engagement and government relationship building for private-public partnerships. She has depth of experience in program management for multi-million-dollar health projects and donor management of large international donors including USAID, DFID/FCDO, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF). Rose holds a Master’s degree in Communications from the University of Nairobi, Kenya.

Helinah Muniu

Helinah brings over 30 years’ experience in information, communication and mobile technology, as well as project management experience in the health sector. She has built multi-million-dollar information technology products in Kenya and internationally. Helinah has worked in various industries in both the private and public sectors. She also has experience in resource mobilization, fundraising and donor relationship management. She has training in leadership, finance and business and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science and Economics from the University of Hartford in the United States.

Dana Tilson

Dana brings 25 years of experience in global health development, non-profit management and organizational strategic and capacity development. She has designed and implemented multi-million-dollar health programs resulting in national improvements in areas such as sexual and reproductive health and malaria. She has extensive expertise in marketing and communications and in working with the private sector for improving health systems. She has reformed and strengthened NGOs to operate more efficiently and cost-effectively in order to increase their health impact. Dana has a Master of Science in Public Health from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts from Stanford University.

Christopher Wainaina

Chris is a strategic management, marketing and communications specialist with over 20 years’ experience leading operations and consulting roles in the non-profit and for-profit sectors. He offers technical expertise to NGOs and for-profit organizations in the areas of organizational strategy and development, marketing and communications strategy and program management. Chris has built a reputation for mainstreaming complex and pioneering essential health products and services in communities through impactful programmatic work for large international donor-funded projects. He is proficient in leading highly engaged and motivated teams, managing complex stakeholder environments and fostering productive working relationships with partners. Chris holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) degree from the University of Nairobi.

Judith Ojwang

Judith brings 20 years of senior-level experience in financial management of international NGOs. She has extensive experience in financial and grant management of funds from most mainstream donors including the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), FCDO/DFID, and many private foundations. Judith’s experience includes managing large and diverse budgets (over $50M annually) for reproductive health, HIV/AIDS, livelihoods, agriculture, water & sanitation and peacebuilding programs. She has successfully overseen financial management and reporting of donor-funded projects ensuring compliance with grant rules and regulations as well as direct and indirect project implementation and sub-granting through partners.

Pamela Olwal

Pamela brings over 20 years of experience in community development and capacity strengthening of Civil Society Organizations at national and grassroots levels. She believes in enabling communities and organizations to take charge of change processes and advocating for themselves. She has deep experience in developing, leading and implementing programs targeting vulnerable and marginalized populations that include orphans and vulnerable children, most-at-risk populations, people abled differently, and women and girls in deprived communities in both rural and urban areas. Pamela has a Masters degree in Organization Development from the Gestalt Organization & Systems Development Integrative Study Centre in Ohio, United States.

Ziporah Mugwang’a

Ziporah is a global public health specialist with 12 years of experience in strategic data generation and use in low and middle-income countries. She has designed and implemented monitoring and evaluation systems for multi-million-dollar public health programs aimed at optimizing health program effectiveness. Ziporah has expertise in health areas including Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs); Reproductive, Maternal and Neonatal Child Health; HIV/AIDS and Malaria. She holds a Master of Health Science degree from the University of Canterbury (New Zealand), Executive Master of Business Administration from the United States International University (Kenya) and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Nairobi (Kenya).
